John Laub, President and CEO

John Laub is the President and CEO of WUND Healing BioPharmaceuticals, Inc. John is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. His family has been known for their philanthropy and community activity for generations. After he became a CPA, John sharpened his pencil with Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells for several years before becoming a company controller. John has spent the last 35 years in CFO positions with several companies. John founded the Regenerative Medicine Organization and was its President for over 10 years. He is also founder and President of the Nevada Biotechnology & Health Science Consortium and is the Past Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas College of Sciences.

James Lamb, Vice President

James Lamb has had an extensive career in business, public relations, politics, and academia on arriving in Las Vegas in 1974 after college. After selling a family business and completing his MBA, James began working in academia in workforce training. Later he was involved in a public relations firm and a startup private investigations firm. Upon finishing his second master’s degree, James began teaching graduate level marketing and undergraduate management. Ever since arriving in Las Vegas, he has been involved in politics and much of his business work has involved government relations. For the past ten years James has been consulting with startups and assisting the Nevada Biotechnology and Health Science Consortium.

Tony Romo, Director of Business Development

Anthony “Tony” Romo has been a funding and business development professional for more than 30 years and is well acquainted with the Las Vegas business and political scene. He has provided leadership to nonprofit and for-profit organizations in all aspects of financial development, strategic planning, growth strategies, and special event management. For the past five years, Tony has been an integral part of the management team for Nevada Biotechnology and Health Science Consortium.

Steven Zak, Director of Marketing

Steven Zak has served as VP of marketing for the Medical Services Development Corporation, he was a managing director of three healthcare marketing firms and held key roles with three large hospitals. Steven has been nationally recognized for his work in healthcare and business marketing. Steven is the co-founder of the Nevada Biotechnology and Health Science Consortium.
